forYouths is an entirely youth-volunteer-run non-profit society seeking to strengthen a sense of community among youths. Guided by the key objects of the organization, we strive to bridge inequity in the education sector by harnessing on the power of mentorship, building support networks for youths from all walks of life.

The 3 Pillars of our Organization:

1. Interest in the Education Sector.

The initiatives of forYouths revolve around bridging inequity by levelling the playing field for youths from all backgrounds. We strive to create a platform for youths to discover their passions and to be stewards of their futures, unhindered by antecedent structural challenges unique to every individual.

 

2. Diversity at our Core.

We strive to create a diverse community of youths, transcending conventional metrics of race or socioeconomic status, to include all facets of one's identity. We believe that the lived experiences, shaped by every person's individuality, brings to the table something uniquely valuable. In achieving this, forYouths constantly strives to reach out to underserved and traditionally underrepresented communities.

3. Invested in People.

Mentorship is a central theme which permeates throughout our organization - both in our initiatives and in our volunteer base. We strive to create programmes which are personalised, crafting experiences for our beneficiaries that will best propel them towards their individual goals. For our volunteers and administrators, we strive to create a sense of community and mutual empowerment as we all work towards to fulfilling the vision of the society.
